What was the highlight of Urban Residences Rotterdam
Wonderful
The location was great with a better view and the room was spacious.
The only problem was that there was a bad smell coming from the kitchen cabinets, especially if you left the kitchen cabinet door open. We reported this to the reception and they sprayed air freshener, but the smell didn't go away. It seemed like there was a problem causing the smell.

Good
location, location, location, this is the mean reason that i'm still booking this appartment. next to "de Koop Goot" and the Coolsingel. I have stayed here 5-6 times over the years, The apartment is in need of some maintenance. we had some leakage in the kitchen sink and the beds are showing some serious wear, but employees are very helpful, and the location is top.
Getting into the parking is a challenge after 9:00 pm. only the security can open it and sometimes it takes 20 minutes. This used to be beter through a phone number system. i hope they bring this back.

The hotel was not bad, we really liked that it was located in the city centre
But we didn't like the attitude of the reception, they met us well on the first day, but then they had such a cold attitude towards us, there was a girl named Sevim, only she treated us very friendly

On balance this accommodation is OK.
The location is excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
Facilities and rooms are a little tired and worse for wear. Entry card to gain access to reception often wouldn’t work.
