The most famous shopping streets of Rotterdam - De Koopgoot and De Lijnbaan - are a 2 minute walk away.
Urban Residences Rotterdam offers spacious apartments, each with an open-plan living and dining area. The interior features a white, minimalistic and modern decor, designed by architect Wiel Arets. It features a fully equipped kitchen. You will find many local cafés, restaurants and bars in the near vicinity of Urban Residences Rotterdam. Free private WiFi is provided.
